About the Role
The Technical Recruiter position at Nova Talent is a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity that requires a high level of expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the hiring process from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to identify top technical talent. What You Will Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing top technical talent
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet the company's growing needs
- Utilize deep sourcing expertise to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and team leaders
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the recruitment process, ensuring the best possible candidate experience
- Analyze data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and optimize results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the company's culture and values
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency
- Sourcing expertise, with a proven track record of personally sourcing at least 80% of hires
- Deep knowledge of engineering and product hiring, with the ability to identify top technical talent
- Strong execution and iteration skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset, with the ability to take feedback and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working in a remote team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform strategic decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as ATS and CRM systems
