About the Role

With a strong focus on remote work, you will have the opportunity to work with a distributed team and contribute to the company's growth.The Technical Recruiter will work closely with the hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and develop strategies to attract the right candidates. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, and ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidates and the hiring team.

What You Will Do
- Manage the recruitment process for tech professionals, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Utilize digital skills to source candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and develop job descriptions
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the tech industry to source potential candidates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective recruitment solutions
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong digital skills, including experience with recruitment software and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with recruitment metrics and data analysis
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration
Nice to Have
- Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in recruitment, such as a Certified Recruitment Analyst (CRA) or a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification
