About the Role
The Technical Sourcer role at Ramp is a critical position that requires building and implementing creative sourcing strategies to deliver top technical talent. As a key member of the talent team, you will own the development of the sourcing engine, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product teams to drive hiring impact. The role entails a deep understanding of the company's value proposition, roles, and expectations, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders.The Technical Sourcer will be responsible for leading intake meetings with stakeholders to qualify and understand requirements for tech job profiles. You will also manage pipeline activity reports, analyze historical data to optimize hiring impact, and drive Ramp's engagement across external conferences, networking events, and professional association partnerships.

What You Will Do
- Innovate and operationalize creative sourcing strategies to deliver top technical talent to Ramp
- Own talent mapping research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
- Effectively align candidates' motivations with Ramp's value proposition, roles, and expectations
- Lead intake meetings with stakeholders to qualify and deeply understand requirements/qualifications for tech job profiles
- Manage pipeline activity reports and analyze historical data to optimize hiring impact
- Drive Ramp's engagement across external conferences, networking events, and professional association partnerships
- Partner closely with recruiting leadership to anticipate upcoming headcount and proactively understand how new hires will fit into the organization
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's value proposition, roles, and expectations
- Create and deliver tailored messages to candidates, highlighting the benefits of working at Ramp
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of technical sourcing experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup
- Familiarity with Boolean search operators and x-ray searches
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills
- Ability to influence at various levels in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with recruiting tools and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical job profiles, e.g., Software Engineering and Product Management
- Experience with Ashby, Ramp's suite of recruiting tools
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
