About the Role
Chainguard seeks a Technical Support Engineer to enhance customer experiences by resolving complex technical issues related to Chainguard Images.Responsibilities
- Triage, investigate, and manage complex customer issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to maintain satisfaction and SLA commitments.
- Document new issues and contribute to the Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate with Engineering to address escalated issues.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Helm, and Terraform.
