Job Description

About the Role

Swayable is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support the Client Research Services and Technology teams. The ideal candidate will be mission-driven, fast-learning, and solutions-oriented, with a focus on problem-solving and improving systems.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve technical support tickets submitted by the Client Research Services team
  • Escalate issues to Engineering when necessary, to reduce ticket resolution times and increase scalability of service delivery

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills, including Python, JavaScript, and experience with MongoDB and GraphQL
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including CRS, Engineering, and Product

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Vue.js, Node.js, and Celery
  • Familiarity with scikit-learn, Pandas, and Flask
