About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous support to clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Riva International's products and services
  • Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's support database
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to stay informed about new products and services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Riva International's products and services, including their features, functionality, and applications
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance the overall client experience
  • Work closely with the Support Team Manager to develop and implement support processes and procedures
  • Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for product and service improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a remote or digital environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of digital technologies and their applications
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
