About the Role

The Technology Partner Sales Manager role at Fivetran is a critical component of the company's Global Alliances team. As a key driver of revenue execution, this position focuses on scaling the co-selling ecosystem with major technology partners such as Snowflake, Databricks, and hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, and Azure). The successful candidate will act as a bridge between Fivetran's internal sales teams and partner field organizations, ensuring the sourcing, co-selling, and winning of high-impact deals together.

The role is based remotely in Singapore, offering the opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to the company's mission of making data access as simple and reliable as electricity. As a Technology Partner Sales Manager at Fivetran, you will be responsible for developing and executing joint sales motions with technology partners to drive revenue and meet influenced incremental booking quotas. Your day-to-day activities will include driving pipeline creation, leading co-sell calls and account workshops, and enabling internal Fivetran AEs on partner solutions and joint GTM strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Execute joint sales motions with technology partners to drive revenue and meet influenced incremental booking quotas
  • Drive pipeline creation by identifying co-sell opportunities within the Fivetran open pipeline and submitting them for partner alignment
  • Lead co-sell calls and account workshops, owning the agenda, introductions, and 'better together' value proposition messaging
  • Enable internal Fivetran AEs on partner solutions, use cases, and joint GTM strategies to increase partner-influenced deals
  • Source and execute partner enablements, including QBRs, hands-on labs (HOLs), and sales training for partner AEs
  • Own account mapping efforts using Crossbeam to identify overlapping targets and provide recommendations to Fivetran and partner reps
  • Establish sales leadership alignment by facilitating recurring cadences between Fivetran and partner sales managers
  • Communicate field feedback to Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to continuously improve partner offerings and messaging
  • Manage regional partner events, such as happy hours and conferences, to build Fivetran brand awareness and relationship depth
  • Track and report on sales KPIs, ensuring all partner-influenced activity is accurately captured and analyzed

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales or partnership role, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and co-selling initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other sales tools
  • Experience working with technology partners such as Snowflake, Databricks, or hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, and Azure)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a global team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry

  • Experience with data integration or analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and hyperscalers
  • Certification in Salesforce or other sales tools
  • Experience working in the APAC region or with APAC-based partners
  • Fluency in multiple languages, preferably including English, Mandarin, or other APAC languages
