About the Role
The Tele Caller position at Lokal is a critical part of the company's efforts to connect with wellness buddies and provide them with the necessary information and support. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing wellness buddies, informing them about products and services, and following up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. You will be working closely with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.The role entails a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in both Gujarati and English. You will be the primary point of contact for many wellness buddies, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in building trust and ensuring a positive experience for them.

What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing wellness buddies to inform them about products and services
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Provide accurate and timely information to wellness buddies
- Stay updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers
- Train and onboard new wellness buddies as per the app's guidelines
- Handle host rejection and remain patient
- Utilize basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM, and Excel to perform tasks efficiently
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and English (read, write, and speak)
- Ability to handle host rejection and remain patient
- Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM, and Excel
- Strong listening and negotiation skills with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the company's products and services
Nice to Have
- Experience working with wellness or emotional wellness platforms
- Knowledge of additional Indian languages
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
