## About the Role As a Tele Caller at Lokal, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for handling outbound calls to potential and existing Wellness Buddies, informing them about the company's products and services, and providing timely information to address their queries. Your role will entail working closely with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, ensuring that all interactions are documented and maintained in a secure and organized manner. The success of this role is crucial in expanding the reach of Lokal's services, particularly in Tier-2 and 3 cities, where the demand for meaningful internet usage is on the rise.

## What You Will Do - Make outbound calls to potential and existing Wellness Buddies to inform them about Lokal's products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets set by the management team.
- Provide accurate and timely information to Wellness Buddies, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers, and communicate these effectively to Wellness Buddies.
- Train and onboard new Wellness Buddies as per the guidelines of the app, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize CRM and Excel skills to manage and analyze data, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving call and conversion targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada and English, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain patient, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM, and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
