About the Role

Twilio is seeking a Telecom Sales Specialist, Voice to build and lead trusted senior relationships across global telecom and number-access suppliers. This position will drive Twilio's connectivity pivot quickly as customer needs, market conditions, and internal priorities change.

Responsibilities

  • Own international carrier relationships spanning voice and phone number access, ensuring regulatory compliance, commercial alignment, and strong performance across Twilio's voice stack.
  • Translate connectivity requirements into execution, driving reliability, quality, and supplier accountability at a global scale.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Support to shape go-to-market strategies aligned to customer demands.
