About the Role
As a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at FronteraCare, you will be part of a pioneering team that is revolutionizing the way behavioral healthcare is delivered. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing ABA treatment plans, and consulting with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care. What You Will Do
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Collaborate with RBTs to implement ABA therapy and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Develop and implement strategies to promote skill acquisition and reduce problem behaviors
- Consult with families and caregivers to provide education and support
- Utilize digital phenotyping and intelligent assessment tools to inform treatment decisions
- Provide asynchronous supervision and feedback to RBTs
- Develop and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices
What We Are Looking For
- BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
- At least two years of experience working with pediatric populations
- Experience with ABA therapy and behavioral assessment
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel and database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital phenotyping and intelligent assessment tools
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and its effects on children and families
- Experience with asynchronous supervision and feedback
