What You Will Do
- Perform telemedicine consultations from a HIPAA-compliant video interface to provide care to patients.
- Provide exceptional service and care to women in midlife, addressing their unique health challenges.
- Treat men who are seeking to optimize their health and hormones, if this is within your scope of practice.
- Review lab results with patients and discuss treatment options.
- Educate patients on their health conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications based on clinical diagnosis and patient needs.
- Titrate medications based on patient outcomes to ensure the best possible care.
- Provide feedback to continually improve the patient experience and contribute to the growth of Hone Health.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your video consultation skills and stay updated on emerging technologies in telemedicine.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
What We Are Looking For
- An MD or DO with a valid medical license, preferably in multiple states.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Hormone Replacement Therapy.
- NCMP (NAMS-certified menopause practitioner) certification is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and education.
- Experience with telemedicine or a willingness to learn and adapt to virtual healthcare delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret lab results and develop treatment plans.
- Comfortable with technology and electronic health records.
- Possession of an unrestricted DEA license and experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances.
Nice to Have
- Experience in prescribing testosterone and other hormone-boosting pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of men’s health issues, including hormone replacement therapy.
- Certification in areas related to hormone health and telemedicine.
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual clinic setting.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to support a diverse patient population.
