About the Role

What You Will Do
- Provide remote psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings

What We Are Looking For
- Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N2 level
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry
- Valid medical license in Japan
- At least 3 years of experience in psychiatry
- Proficiency in telemedicine platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
