About the Role
As a GovCon Cybersecurity Proposal Tech Writer, you will play a critical role in supporting Arcetyp LLC's clients in the US Federal Government and commercial sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality proposal content, including technical approaches and solutions, that meet the requirements of government solicitations. You will work closely with the proposal manager and have some direct client interaction.The proposal process can be fast-paced and demanding, requiring the ability to work under tight deadlines and produce well-written, engaging content. Your writing skills will be essential in communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You Will Do
- Develop proposal content, including technical approaches and solutions, that meet the requirements of government solicitations
- Coordinate with the proposal manager to ensure timely delivery of proposal content
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in cybersecurity and government contracting
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and develop proposal content
- Edit and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy and quality
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of government contracting processes and procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and proposal writing
- Participate in proposal reviews and provide feedback to improve proposal quality
- Develop and maintain a library of proposal content, including templates and style guides
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in federal government contracting, preferably in a proposal writing or technical writing role
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of government contracting processes and procedures, including solicitations and proposal development
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat assessment and mitigation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Certification in proposal writing or a related field, such as APMP or CPP
