About the Role
Headspace is seeking a Temp Clinical Product Lead to serve as a key liaison between Product and Clinical leadership. This role will focus on providing senior-level clinical product partnership across high-priority product domains, including Measurement-Based Care, Provider & Care Hub experience, and AI safety initiatives.Responsibilities
- Work directly with product teams to translate clinical requirements into product strategy, requirements, and execution plans
- Ensure clinical integrity, safety, and evidence alignment in product design and decision-making
- Provide structured input into PRDs, experimentation design, and go-to-market considerations
- Identify clinical risks and mitigation strategies early in the product lifecycle
Requirements
- Advanced clinical degree (e.g., PhD)
- Experience in clinical product development and remote work
- Strong digital skills
