About the Role

Justworks is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Template to join its dynamic team in Toronto. This role is pivotal in driving the company's mission to support businesses by providing seamless HR solutions. What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement new templates and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and materials.
  • Provide support to the sales team by developing sales enablement tools and collateral.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and suggestions on new product features.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and solutions.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's knowledge base and training materials.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a digital or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with remote work tools and technologies, such as Zoom, Slack, and Trello.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
