## About the Role The Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the recruiting efforts of WithumSmith+Brown's Firm Operations practice. This is a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking advisory and accounting firm that values entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork. As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, driving business growth and success. The role involves working closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand business objectives and candidate requirements. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing professionals for strategic hires and just-in-time hiring, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients, candidates, and team members. ## What You Will Do - Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions - Proactively source firm operations professionals for strategic hires and just-in-time hiring - Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and team members - Design job descriptions and sourcing strategies that reflect each position's requirements - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for candidates - Source through a variety of channels, including social media platforms, events, and vendor relationships - Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience - Manage and enforce standardized recruitment processes - Conduct market research and develop competitive intelligence on industry trends and developments - Communicate and educate business leaders on policies and processes, including behavioral interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field - 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a professional services environment - A combination of external and in-house recruiting experience - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding - Demonstrable ability to take ownership of selection processes and manage challenging assignments - Proficient in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and job boards - Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and databases (Workday preferred) - Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to manage relationships with hiring managers - Team player personality with a strong work ethic
