About the Role
As a Territory Account Executive at Salesforce, you will be the primary orchestrator of the entire Salesforce portfolio, driving transformative revenue growth and ensuring long-term customer success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic account planning, executive relationship management, and cross-selling. You will be working closely with Solution Sales, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and the broader Salesforce partner ecosystem to deliver integrated value.The role is designed for a strategic leader with a sophisticated network of C-level connections and a proven ability to navigate complex, cross-industry landscapes. You will be responsible for driving account expansion and cross-selling through disciplined Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and high-level executive engagement activities.

What You Will Do
- Leverage deep market insights to architect and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for top-tier contributors
- Cultivate and sustain influential relationships with key stakeholders, specifically targeting C-suite executives, IT leadership, and primary business decision-makers
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Drive account expansion and cross-selling through disciplined Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and high-level executive engagement activities
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing a consultative, outcome-based methodology that prioritizes the customer's business transformation
- Act as the central hub of collaboration, aligning with Solution Sales, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and the broader Salesforce partner ecosystem to deliver integrated value
- Utilize Salesforce and Excel to analyze sales data and track performance
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Taiwan market, including key players, trends, and challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes
What We Are Looking For
- Profound understanding of market processes and a robust, pre-established C-level network across multiple sectors, particularly within High-Tech and Financial Services
- A minimum of 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise software sales, with a consistent history of exceeding aggressive targets
- Strategic vision and the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions
- High-performance drive and a self-motivated leader with a competitive edge
- Collaborative leadership and demonstrated success in working with global advisory firms, strategic partners, and cross-functional internal teams
- Dynamic adaptability and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Linguistic versatility, with professional fluency in English and Mandarin
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
