About the Role
The Territory Account Manager position at Higharc involves managing the sales cycle for regional homebuilders, from initial contact to close. This role requires a deep understanding of the homebuilding industry, including construction plans, workflows, and sales processes. As a key member of the Higharc team, the Territory Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with regional homebuilders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.The successful candidate will have a strong network in the homebuilding industry, with established relationships and a deep understanding of the market. They will be able to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers, including owners, presidents, and GMs of regional homebuilders. The Territory Account Manager will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform Higharc's commercial strategy.

What You Will Do
- Manage the sales cycle for regional homebuilders, from initial contact to close
- Build and maintain relationships with regional homebuilders, including owners, presidents, and GMs
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Communicate effectively with senior decision-makers, including owners, presidents, and GMs of regional homebuilders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform Higharc's commercial strategy
- Deliver clear, workflow-driven demos that communicate value in plain language
- Run focused discovery with builders to understand plan workflows, sales processes, estimating practices, and launch timelines
- Own a fast, transactional sales cycle from warm BDR handoffs through objection handling, ROI storytelling, and disciplined follow-up
- Act as a hybrid sales engineer and portfolio guide, tailoring conversations to regional and mid-sized builders
- Build pipeline through targeted outreach and community engagement, including partner relationships, HBAs, regional builder groups, and industry events
- Surface trends and competitive insights that sharpen Higharc's messaging, demo approach, and commercial strategy
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in the homebuilding, residential construction, or building products industry
- End-to-end sales experience, with a track record of success exceeding expectations in quota-driven roles
- A wide local network in the homebuilding industry, with established relationships and a deep understanding of the market
- A strong ability to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers, including owners, presidents, and GMs of regional homebuilders
- Experience with sales engineering, customer success, or a related field
- A keen ability to learn software quickly and absorb new workflows fast
- A willingness to travel locally/regionally (up to 25%)
- A strong understanding of the homebuilding industry, including construction plans, workflows, and sales processes
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Knowledge of the homebuilding industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- A strong network in the homebuilding industry, with established relationships and a deep understanding of the market
- Experience with sales analytics, including data analysis and reporting
