About the Role
As a Territory Sales Officer at Unilever, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through personal selling and driving the distribution system. What You Will Do
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling and driving the distribution system
- Manage the distributor system, including front-end and back-end infrastructure
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve execution and performance
- Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders
- Negotiate with distributors to secure better deals and improve sales
- Provide market feedback and reports to the branch office
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the distributor and distributor's sales team
- Take corrective action to address infrastructure gaps and improve sales performance
- Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen our market position
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales
- Excellent ROI calculations and distribution management skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Experience in managing distributors and sales teams
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Decent communication skills in English and local language
