About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling and driving the distribution system
  • Manage the distributor system, including front-end and back-end infrastructure
  • Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance
  • Negotiate with distributors and develop their sales teams to obtain more business
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen market position
  • Generate and provide market feedback and reports to the branch office
  • Analyze how to improve competitive position in the market through improved customer service
  • Monitor distributor performance and take corrective action as needed
  • Conduct promotional activities and execute sales plans
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including customer needs and preferences

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum full-time graduation
  • At least 2 years of experience in channel sales
  • Excellent ROI calculations and distribution management skills
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly Excel
  • Decent communication skills in English and local language
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
