About the Role
The Territory Sales Officer is a critical position at Unilever, responsible for driving sales growth and managing the distribution system in a designated territory. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share. Your day will be filled with a mix of desk work, analyzing sales data and market trends, and fieldwork, visiting markets and meeting with distributors and customers.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a portfolio of well-loved brands, leveraging your sales and marketing skills to promote our products and build strong relationships with trade partners. What You Will Do
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling and driving the distribution system
- Manage the distributor system, including front-end and back-end infrastructure
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities
- Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams to manage customers and drive sales
- Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade partners to strengthen our market position
- Conduct market research and provide feedback to the branch office
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of distributors and their sales teams
- Take corrective action to address infrastructure gaps and improve sales performance
- Develop and execute sales plans and promotional activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum full-time graduation
- At least 2 years of experience in channel sales
- Excellent skills in ROI calculations and RS distribution management
- Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in conducting promotional activities and sales planning

- Experience working with a FMCG company
