What You Will Do
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling and driving the distribution system
- Manage the distributor system, including front-end and back-end infrastructure
- Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance
- Negotiate with distributors to develop sales plans and execute promotional activities
- Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen Unilever's market position
- Monitor the performance of distributors and their sales teams, and take corrective action when necessary
- Provide market feedback and insights to the branch office
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive business growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand Unilever's market reach
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum full-time graduation
- At least 2 years of experience in channel sales
- Excellent ROI calculations and distribution management skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly Excel
- Decent communication skills in English and local language
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Experience in managing distributor relationships and developing sales plans
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends

- Experience in managing a team or leading a sales project
