About the Role

The TEST Director - RM2 role at Gainsight is a critical position that will lead the development and implementation of AI-driven customer success strategies. What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement AI-driven customer success strategies to drive retention and growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Analyze data to inform customer success initiatives and measure the effectiveness of strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account plans
  • Manage and develop a team of customer success professionals
  • Identify and mitigate risk to customer retention and growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI-driven customer success
  • Participate in the development of the company's overall customer success strategy
  • Collaborate with the product team to inform product development and roadmap

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field
  • Strong background in digital skills, including experience with AI-driven customer success platforms
  • Proven track record of driving retention and growth through data-driven insights
  • Experience working remotely and managing distributed teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
