What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand, gather, and document business requirements
  • Design, configure, and build Pega applications, including case management, workflows, user interfaces, and business logic using Pega tools (App Studio, Dev Studio)
  • Implement integration points with databases, web services (REST/SOAP), and legacy systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
  • Perform unit and integration testing, debug applications, and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality standards and performance requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation of application design, configurations, and system changes
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance existing workflows
  • Ensure all work adheres to Pega development best practices and guardrails
  • Actively participate in team meetings and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
  • Validate data integrity and support data migration testing efforts
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to clarify requirements and expected outcomes

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
  • Experience with Pega development tools and technologies
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
  • Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
