What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive high-integrity climate action
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Work closely with the team to implement changes and drive sustainable development benefits
  • Develop and test new solutions to deliver real impact for people and nature
  • Collaborate with key partners to complement the company's strengths
  • Build on the company's reputation for quality and rigor with more robust measurement of outcomes
  • Work with the team to move beyond working opportunistically as a delivery partner in favor of collaborating in long-term strategic synergy
  • Develop and implement processes to improve transparency in the company's own processes and in the broader market
  • Work with the team to make rigor simpler and more achievable at scale
  • Develop and implement solutions to deliver sustainable development benefits

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a remote work environment
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
  • Experience working in a multicultural team environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating a sustainable future and driving high-integrity climate action
  • Experience with carbon credits and other mechanisms for high-integrity climate action
  • Knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement
