Job Description
About the Role
As a Therapeutic Specialist at Sanofi, you will play a pivotal role in bringing a paradigm-shifting Type 1 Diabetes product to market. You will be part of the National Tzield Sales Team and will leverage your deep sales experience and expertise to accelerate Tzield adoption across providers and accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop territory-specific sales strategies, educate endocrinology and primary care providers on both Tzield and screening, and build a robust Tzield customer base.The role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the challenges and opportunities in the diabetes and immunology space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support customers and drive business growth. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales performance will be essential in this role.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to drive Tzield adoption
- Educate endocrinology and primary care providers on Tzield and screening
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers and drive business growth
- Develop and execute growth-oriented account and business plans
- Identify and engage account champions and key opinion leaders
- Conduct strategic planning to understand and contribute to the development of the broader T1D ecosystem
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and educate on the importance of urgent referrals for identified patients
- Attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed
What We Are Looking For
- B.A. / B.S. degree required
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
- Account Management sales and/or rare specialty product experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand and use data to drive improved business management and oversight
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the challenges and opportunities in the diabetes and immunology space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital sales tools and platforms
- Knowledge of the diabetes and immunology market, including key players and trends
- Certification in sales or a related field
