## About the Role Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice that provides a fully remote environment for therapists to deliver high-quality, outpatient care.
- 100% remote work
## Responsibilities As a therapist at Talkiatry, you will: - Deliver outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations - Manage a consistent caseload with defined goals - Work collaboratively with an in-house referral network
## Requirements - Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) - Active, unrestricted license - Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY, and MA)
## Nice to Have - Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings - Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT)
