## About the Role The Therapy Support Specialist role at Noctrix Health is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering team that is redefining the treatment of chronic neurological disorders. As a key member of the customer care team, you will work closely with patients and clinicians to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and provide ongoing support for the effective use of Nidra therapy. Day-to-day, you will engage with patients and clinicians through various channels, including phone and video calls, text, email, and chat, to provide personalized activation sessions and proactive and reactive remote therapy support. Your consultative approach will be instrumental in capturing clinical support needs and providing valuable feedback to the marketing, sales, and product development teams. This role also involves collaboration with clinicians and functional organizations to define additional training requirements, ensuring that the support provided is comprehensive and aligned with the needs of both patients and healthcare professionals.

## What You Will Do - Represent Noctrix Health in direct virtual patient interactions, including application training, product demonstrations, and proactive and reactive therapy support.

  • Serve as a consultant to clinicians and technicians during the implementation process and calibration sessions to ensure the smooth and effective integration of Nidra therapy.
  • Capture therapy support needs and provide valuable feedback to the product management and development teams to enhance the therapy support experience.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and functional organizations to recommend content for training courses and materials, ensuring that the support provided is current and relevant.
  • Maintain existing relationships with patients, as well as our clinical and business partners, to foster a community of care and support.
  • Accurately input and manage customer interactions in Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date data capture for client relationship management.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to provide insights that can inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Nidra therapy and its applications to provide expert support and guidance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on the latest in therapy support and healthcare technology.
## What We Are Looking For - High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in biology or a health-related field is encouraged.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
