About the Role
The TikTok Go Brand & Creator Partnerships role at Grail Talent is an exciting opportunity for a professional to join a leading TikTok agency specializing in creator partnerships, social commerce, and experiential campaigns. As a POI & Creator Partnerships Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting creators with top destinations and experiences, driving visibility and performance on TikTok Go. This position requires a highly organized, relationship-driven individual who can manage multiple schedules, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.The role entails sourcing and securing partnerships with points of interest, coordinating creator visits, and acting as the primary point of contact for both creators and POI partners. You will work closely with the TikTok Go team to track partnership outreach, creator participation, and progress toward POI targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, hospitality, tourism, or experiential marketing, with experience in partnerships, account coordination, event coordination, influencer marketing, or business development being a significant plus.

What You Will Do
- Source and secure partnerships with points of interest for TikTok Go creator visits
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for creator content visits and experiences
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for creators and POI partners before, during, and after events
- Manage communication timelines, confirmations, deliverables, and updates across all parties
- Work cross-functionally with the TikTok Go team to achieve partnership goals
- Track partnership outreach, creator participation, and progress toward POI targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators and POI partners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in TikTok and creator culture
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for POI partnerships
- Analyze data to optimize POI partnerships and improve campaign performance

- Fluency in English
