About the Role

The TikTok Shop Affiliate Support Specialist role is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that's pushing the boundaries of social commerce. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of creator and affiliate programs across multiple client accounts. This will involve coordinating with creators, reviewing sample requests, and ensuring that assigned TikTok Shop accounts remain organized and up to date.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working closely with the team to drive growth and engagement, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and social commerce.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to creator inquiries using approved messaging templates
  • Support creators with questions related to campaigns, samples, commissions, and account information
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members
  • Review and process creator sample requests, approving or declining based on established brand guidelines
  • Maintain clean and organized approval queues, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with creators
  • Evaluate creators for brand fit, content quality, engagement, and compliance, identifying potential brand safety or compliance concerns
  • Review submitted content to ensure it aligns with campaign requirements, providing feedback and guidance to creators as needed
  • Send creator outreach messages and campaign invitations, tracking responses and assisting with campaign coordination
  • Support active affiliate campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with creators
  • Monitor assigned TikTok Shop accounts, completing daily operational tasks and maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Communicate blockers and workload concerns proactively, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, customer support, e-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Strong written communication skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center or Affiliate Center, with familiarity with creator outreach and content moderation
  • Agency or multi-client experience, with a strong understanding of the e-commerce and social media landscape
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, project management tools, or CRM platforms, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems

  • Experience supporting influencer or affiliate campaigns, with a strong understanding of creator relationships and affiliate programs
