About the Role
The Title Manager position at World Business Lenders is a senior leadership role designed to oversee the title clearance team, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. This role is pivotal in managing the workload, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities to meet deadlines and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in title insurance and lending services, with excellent leadership and communication skills.Day-to-day, the Title Manager will be responsible for providing direction, feedback, and support to the title clearance team, promoting team development through training and professional growth opportunities. This involves managing resources, monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensuring adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance. The ability to act as a primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders is essential.
The role operates within a fully remote framework, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a standard schedule of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and the potential for additional hours as needed to meet business demands.
What You Will Do
- Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations.
- Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals.
- Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities.
- Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards.
- Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with various departments to align operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency.
- At least 10 years of experience in a title leadership role.
- Experience in title insurance and lending services is highly preferred.
- Effective communication abilities to lead and interact with the team and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience, with a focus on team development and process improvement.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle diverse challenges and priorities.
- Strong time management capabilities to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CSC, NETRO, and corporate document review.
