About the Role
The Total Rewards & Systems Coordinator is a pivotal position within Salesloft's Global Total Rewards team, designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on data integrity and delivering exceptional employee experiences. As a critical member of the team, you will provide cross-functional support across benefits, compensation, and HRIS for over 1,200 global employees. This role is perfect for someone who can work independently, is highly motivated, and enjoys the challenge of ensuring data accuracy and compliance.The day-to-day activities of this role are diverse and engaging, ranging from acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries to supporting the US Open Enrollment and 401k audit cycles. Your expertise in compensation will be invaluable as you assist with market data surveys and maintain job architecture within the HRIS. Moreover, your partnership with the HRIS Administrator will be crucial in auditing data flows to ensure 100% accuracy in global people records.

What You Will Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for global employee inquiries related to benefits and compensation.
- Support the US Open Enrollment and 401k audit cycles, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with market data surveys, such as those from Radford or Mercer, to inform compensation decisions.
- Maintain job architecture within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with the HRIS Administrator to audit data flows and ensure the integrity of global people records.
- Provide cross-functional support across benefits, compensation, and HRIS.
- Ensure all employee data is handled with discretion and in accordance with global data privacy standards.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and support of company goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures related to benefits and compensation.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations or Benefits administration.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, with experience in HiBob being a plus.
- Basic understanding of US benefits compliance, including ERISA and HIPAA.
- Familiarity with global data privacy standards.
- A self-starting, motivated, and detail-oriented individual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
