About the Role
The Traffic Account Manager position at Gains Intermediate is a key role that involves overseeing the build, launch, and optimization of paid traffic campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is focused on delivering local fitness leads to gym owner clients at an efficient cost. As a Traffic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ad strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with other marketing teams to achieve the best possible results.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include onboarding new clients, conducting Zoom calls, and communicating with clients via email to ensure their expectations are met. You will also work closely with the R&D department to stay up-to-date with the latest ad creative, copywriting, and strategies to maximize campaign performance.
As a Traffic Account Manager at Gains Intermediate, you will be an integral part of the marketing team and will play a crucial role in helping the company achieve its mission of providing effective coaching, intuitive software, and industry-leading fitness nutrition to gym owners.
What You Will Do
- Onboard new Gym Launch clients via Agency Onboarding Zoom calls
- Ensure activation and integration of the tech stack, including GoHighLevel, Lead Connector, Twilio, GoDaddy, Meta/FB business manager, TikTok Ads manager, Zapier/Make.com, and Asana
- Host client-facing “Pre-Launch” Zoom calls to cover expectations and lay the foundation for a strong and successful relationship
- Review and optimize media buyer accounts to ensure they meet SOP standards and KPIs
- Communicate with clients consistently via Zoom calls and emails to ensure their expectations are met
- Collaborate with other marketing teams and the R&D department to develop and implement effective ad strategies
- Develop and implement effective ad strategies to deliver local fitness leads to gym owner clients at an efficient cost
- Manage and optimize paid traffic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ad platforms and technologies to ensure campaign performance is maximized
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in paid media, preferably in the health and wellness industry
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid traffic campaigns
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Experience with Adjust and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest ad platforms and technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Lead Connector, Twilio, GoDaddy, Meta/FB business manager, and Zapier/Make.com
- Knowledge of Asana and other project management tools
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Ads
