About the Role
The Trainer EMEA role at 360Learning is a unique opportunity to empower clients to build collaborative learning organizations. As a pedagogical and platform expert, you will be responsible for mastering the company's platform and methodology, ensuring that clients can drive long-term engagement. You will work closely with the Customer Success Team and Product teams to address the needs of the client base.Day-to-day, you will develop and deliver scalable learning ecosystems, ensuring that every client has the knowledge and confidence to make their project a success. You will also own the 'One-to-Many' offer, including the Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars, and contribute to the internal knowledge base to share best practices on platform usage and client engagement.
What You Will Do
- Master the platform's core user experience and Collaborative Learning methodology within the first month
- Become a certified platform expert and develop a deep understanding of the 'One-to-Many' engine
- Host Stadium webinars and receive peer feedback on your ability to drive platform engagement
- Identify and execute updates on the Engagement Academy to align with the latest product releases
- Define quarterly priorities in relation to the Support & Services roadmap with your coach
- Actively contribute to the internal knowledge base to share best practices on platform usage and client engagement
- Lead a project to improve the One-to-Many strategy within six months
- Participate in Discovery Meetings with Product Managers to share insights on how clients use and adopt the platform
- Analyze Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores to iterate on the training catalog
- Build new processes and update Confluence with the information needed for the team's daily work
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or in a client-facing role in Customer Success/Care
- Recognized listening and teaching skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely in writing and orally
- Proactive and results-oriented work style
- Excellent writing skills in English, German, and French
- Experience in the learning industry is a plus
- Impeccable spelling and grammar
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and other productivity tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Familiarity with Confluence and other collaboration platforms
