About the Role

The Trainer - SAP S/4HANA FICO role at StartSteps Digital Education GmbH is a pivotal position focused on delivering high-quality training and support to students enrolled in the SAP Tech Finance Consultant Program. This program is designed to equip aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting. As a trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that participants are fully equipped for successful careers as SAP Finance Consultants.

Day-to-day, you will engage with students, internal teams, and SAP partners to deliver engaging and interactive teaching materials. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition - Financial Accounting will be instrumental in crafting curriculum and instructional design that meets the precise educational needs of the students. Collaboration with other trainers is essential to provide a unified and enriching educational experience.

What You Will Do

  • Train and support students in their daily sessions, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Project Management.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive teaching materials, including slides, to support effective learning.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and SAP partners to identify precise educational needs and adapt teaching content and methods accordingly.
  • Regularly update and refine teaching materials to incorporate the latest developments and insights in SAP Finance technology.
  • Work in harmony with other teachers to ensure a well-rounded learning journey for all participants.
  • Engage in continuous feedback to refine the educational program and improve student outcomes.
  • Participate in curriculum development and instructional design, bringing expertise in SAP S/4HANA to create impactful learning experiences.
  • Utilize Excel and other relevant tools to analyze data and present findings in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and SAP Finance modules within S/4HANA, integrating this knowledge into the teaching curriculum.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with expertise in Financial Accounting and proficiency in S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
  • Proven track record as a trainer, preferably in the context of technology education.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Finance modules within S/4HANA and familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
