What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders
  • Design and create multimedia training materials, including audio, video, and interactive simulations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and guides
  • Develop and implement syllabi and training plans
  • Facilitate stand-up training sessions for customer personnel at various locations
  • Assist in the development of simulation and scenarios used for customer training
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in graphic design, software development, and technical illustration
  • Interpret system technical orders, illustrated parts manuals, and technical drawings and schematic diagrams
  • Develop content for computer-based training programs

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent Engineering program
  • Experience with instructional design, adult learning theory, and technical writing
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of standard office software tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Experience with technical illustration models, interpreting technical orders, and illustrated parts manuals and drawings using 3D drawing software
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, and manage interpersonal dynamics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience partnering with relevant organizations to achieve intended results

Nice to Have

  • Experience with gaming technologies, Virtual Reality (VR), and/or Augmented Reality (AR) technologies or applications
  • Experience with 3D modeling and animation
  • Knowledge of photography and video production
  • Experience with web development and programming languages
