About the Role
As a transaction coordinator, you will be the linchpin in ensuring the smooth processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating and managing all aspects of transactions, liaising with real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other parties involved. You will be the main point of contact for all parties, providing regular updates on the status of transactions and addressing any issues that may arise.The real estate industry is a complex and dynamic field, and as a transaction coordinator, you will need to stay current on regulations and ensure compliance. Your role will be critical in ensuring that transactions are completed efficiently and effectively, and you will need to be proactive in resolving any challenges that may arise.
In this role, you will be working remotely, and you will need to have a quiet, private home office with a fast and reliable internet connection. You will also need to have an updated computer and excellent quality headset with microphone and a working webcam.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Liaise with real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and other transaction-related documents
- Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations
- Provide regular updates to clients, agents, and other stakeholders on the status of transactions
- Monitor and enforce timelines to ensure timely completion of all transaction milestones
- Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process
- Stay current on real estate regulations and ensure transactions adhere to legal and ethical standards
- Verify all documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations
What We Are Looking For
- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
- Organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
- Experience with Florida and Texas state compliance
- Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
- At least 6+ months of real estate experience
- Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps
- Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions
- Updated computer (desktop or laptop) Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent
- Excellent quality headset with microphone and a working webcam
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a remote environment
