What You Will Do
- Transcribe audio and video files into written text with high accuracy
- Review and edit transcripts for quality and consistency
- Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that all transcripts meet the company's standards
- Collaborate with other transcriptionists to share best practices and improve overall quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving transcription processes and tools
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in transcription or a related field
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in transcription software and digital audio players
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Certification in transcription or a related field (optional but preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
