As a Travel Reservations Agent at HB Travels, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking to plan and book their dream trips. What You Will Do

- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring prompt resolution of client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate client records and reservation details, utilizing Excel and other software tools as required
- Communicate travel requirements, policies, and important documentation to clients, ensuring they are well-prepared for their trips
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and follow-up, encouraging repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel restrictions, and health advisories to provide informed advice to clients
