About the Role
The Travel Services Coordinator works with USACS leadership, physicians, and guests to ensure seamless travel plans.Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic business travel plans for USACS leadership, clinician providers, and guests
- Ensure arrangements are sufficient to meet needs and budget
- Track, verify, and process direct bill invoices and Concur expense reporting
- Analyze services provided by travel vendors and recommend changes to management
Requirements
- Strong accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain patience and composure in difficult situations
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
