## About the Role As a Travel Specialist at Road Rebel Global, you will be integral to the company's success, working closely with the Global Operations Team to manage all aspects of travel logistics. This includes coordinating air, hotel, and ground transportation, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and a seamless travel experience for clients. ## What You Will Do - Negotiate and coordinate with air, hotel, and ground suppliers to secure the best available rates and concessions.

- Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to align on client priorities and timelines.
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure preferred rates and services.
- Analyze travel trends and preferences to improve service offerings.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the travel experience.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in travel management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Salesforce (or other CRMs).
- Experience with negotiation and decision-making in a professional setting.

- Knowledge of the entertainment industry, including sports, film, TV, and live events.
