About the Role

The Travel & Visa Manager position at Eqvilent is a critical component of the company's operations, responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee travel, from flights and accommodations to visas and compliance with immigration laws. What You Will Do

  • Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the visa application process.
  • Continuously review and improve travel processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle any escalated travel-related issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee travel and ensure that all travel documents are current and valid.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align travel arrangements with company goals and objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in travel planning and visa organization.
  • Knowledge of visa requirements and immigration processes in different countries.
  • Confident project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aspiration to provide exceptionally high-quality service to employees.
  • Ability to stay composed and accurately resolve situations under stress.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
