What You Will Do

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wind turbines, including blade inspections and replacements
  • Collaborate with site managers and other technicians to identify and resolve technical issues

  • Develop and implement repair plans, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 6 months of experience with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields
  • Highly developed problem-solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities
  • Safety-conscious and committed to best practices
  • Ability to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments
  • Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights
  • Ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship

  • Experience with wind turbine maintenance and repair
