As a UGC Content Creator, you will be part of a dynamic team of creators who are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of UGC content creation. ## What You Will Do - Produce UGC-style video and photo content from brief, shooting and editing in your own space - Interpret brand tone accurately and translate it into content that feels native to the platform - Deliver to spec on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form formats, including hooks, pacing, and CTAs that drive action - Iterate based on feedback from the team and the brand - Hit deadlines and communicate clearly throughout the project - Develop a deep understanding of platform-specific content creation, including what stops the scroll on TikTok and what converts on a PDP - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UGC content creation - Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for content - Provide feedback and insights to help improve the content creation process
## What We Are Looking For - Platform fluency, with a deep understanding of what works on different platforms - Craft, with the ability to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content that feels real - Professionalism, with the ability to take direction, interpret brand tone, and treat deadlines as part of the craft - Curiosity, with a willingness to test, experiment, and bring new ideas to the table - Existing portfolio of UGC work, either paid or organic - Experience producing content for specific verticals, such as beauty, health, or lifestyle - Comfort on-camera as well as behind the camera - Own kit, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment
## Nice to Have - Existing network of influencers or creators in the UGC space - Experience working with brands or agencies on UGC content creation - Knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro - Understanding of social media analytics and how to measure engagement
