About the Role

The UI/UX Design Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and development teams at Customersuccessbox Careers. As a key member of the design team, you will assist in the design, development, and production of website and marketing projects related to the B2B customer success space. What You Will Do

  • Iterate the complete product/system and culls out areas of improvement for a better user experience
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
  • Champion new ideas and take smart risks
