About the Role

The UI/UX Designer at Contxt.io is a pivotal role that requires a deep understanding of design principles, human-centered approach, and technical expertise. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of Contxt.io's customers. Your primary focus will be on creating design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and usability.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain the overall design strategy for Contxt.io's products and services
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product management
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards
  • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop brand assets and marketing materials

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and expertise
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing

Nice to Have

  • Experience with front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and regulations, such as WCAG 2.1
  • Experience with design systems and guidelines
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
