Job Description
About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Fabley, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of the company's AI-powered text-based multiplayer game. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating responsive UX/UI designs, developing graphics and animations, and implementing the UX/UI in the front end. You will work closely with the development team to ensure a seamless user experience.The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for bringing the vision to life through the way the user interacts with Fabley. This includes creating intuitive and engaging experiences that represent the company to the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of every aspect of the technical capabilities and vision to implement a flawless user experience.
Fabley is a remote team, and as such, you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. You will be working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about using cutting-edge AI to revolutionize entertainment.
What You Will Do
- Create responsive UX/UI designs and approve existing designs
- Develop graphics and animations to make Fabley feel alive
- Implement the UX/UI in the front end
- Conduct A/B testing and split-testing to improve user engagement and conversion rates
- Maintain design consistency and brand identity
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure a seamless user experience
- Create prototype demos to showcase the product
- Develop and maintain a strong online portfolio
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
- Provide design feedback and suggestions to the team
- Participate in design meetings and discussions
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, web design, or advertising
- 4+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Experience with animation, motion design, and dynamic interactions
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color, and typography
- Experience with A/B testing or other split testing methodologies
- Strong online portfolio and supplemental samples of work
- Experience with prototyping
- Knowledge of front-end development principles
- Experience working with remote teams

- Experience with Flutterflow and other no-code platforms
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools
- Experience with design systems and design languages
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
