About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Talent Hackers, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's visual identity and digital presence. What You Will Do
- Design a cohesive visual identity for the company, including logo, typography, color palette, and brand book
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to deliver user-focused product flows
- Build a responsive, user-centric website from concept to launch, aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with the founder to refine designs, ensuring alignment with the product vision and user needs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, or A/B testing to inform design decisions
- Create and maintain a comprehensive brand guide and design system
- Develop and maintain design documentation and design assets
- Work closely with the development team to ensure design implementation meets design intent
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the design process
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in startup environments
- Background in delivering web-based SaaS projects, preferably related to media
- Strong proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma, and AI-based design solutions like framer.com
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding (logos, brand systems) and UI/UX design for web applications
- Ability to create or maintain a comprehensive brand guide and design system
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or A/B testing to inform design decisions
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and modern UX/UI best practices
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work full-time EST
Nice to Have
- Experience with visual development tools (e.g., Builder.io, Webflow) for rapid website prototyping
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with design systems and design tokens
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices
