Job Description
About the Role
Substack is a platform that gives creators the power to publish and monetize their work directly to their audiences. The Support Team is a small, in-house team dedicated to educating and advocating for creators.Responsibilities
- Provide efficient, professional support to creators and subscribers via email and live chat
- Resolve questions, bugs, feedback, and general inquiries, averaging at least 200-300 tickets per week
- Participate in team meetings and project work
- Create and share organized and actionable feedback for internal teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in technical support
- Experience with payment processing systems and data analysis
- Ability to work autonomously and support users through various channels
